He is a distinguished Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds an academic background comprising a Master of Commerce (M. Com) and a Bachelor of Law (LL. B).

With a strong academic background in law and corporate governance, she has been actively pursuing training under the CS curriculum, which has enabled her to gain practical exposure in diverse areas of corporate practice.Her experience spans across drafting and company law matters, conducting corporate due diligence, handling incorporation procedures, strike off applications, trademark reimbursement, GST registration, annual filing, MCA filings, MSME registration, Shop & Establishment License, and other regulatory compliances. She has also been involved in assisting with documentation, secretarial practices, and advisory functions, thereby developing a sound understanding of statutory requirements under the Companies Act and allied laws.With a unique blend of legal proficiency and corporate governance knowledge, she is committed to delivering precise, reliable, and value-driven professional support. She is a qualified Company Secretary with a strong academic foundation in B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.). She has gained practical exposure to a broad range of legal and secretarial functions. Her experience includes filing of annual returns and financial statements of companies, conducting due diligence for IPOs, and handling matters related to the incorporation and closure of companies and LLPs. She has also been involved in drafting of corporate documents. Additionally, she has worked on trademark registrations and ensured timely regulatory filings with authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. With a strong understanding of corporate laws and regulatory practices, she is committed to delivering accurate and compliance-focused solutions.
Mr. Prince Dhakad

He comes with a strong academic background, having completed B.Com and LL.B. This blend of commerce and law has equipped him with a sound understanding of corporate, commercial, and legal frameworks. During his training, he has gained hands-on experience in various secretarial and compliance matters, including the preparation and filing of various forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), dematerialisation of shares and related compliance, incorporation of Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), handling closure of Companies/LLPs, applying for registrations under Section 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act for charitable organizations, and trademark registration. He has also been involved in drafting resolutions, agreements, and other legal/secretarial documents. He is particularly keen on drafting and legal documentation, and has developed a sharp eye for detail through practical exposure to diverse assignments. His focus is on building a strong foundation in corporate laws, governance, and regulatory compliance while contributing effectively to the growth of the profession.
